More About Me

Born and raised in Gloucestershire, I developed a strong foundation in photography during my A-level studies, which began my journey into the captivating world of visual storytelling. Since then, I've pursued my love for both photography and film production, earning a BA in Film Studies and a Master's in Film and TV Industries along the way.

I didn't start out in photography. I came up through film production, working on set, in casting, and in the departments where people get judged on a single frame before anyone's had the chance to actually meet them. That's the exact job a headshot has to do. It's not just a photo, it's the first impression someone forms of you, your team, or your business, before a word's been exchanged.

What I care about most is making the person in front of my camera comfortable enough that the photo actually looks like them, not a stiffer, more nervous version of them. Whether that's one person or a whole team, corporate or acting, that's the job.

If you've got a headshot you need, get in touch and I'll talk you through exactly how it works.

The Process

This is the process you go through starting from contacting me here:

  1. Get in Touch Reach out with a rough idea of what you need and when, whether that's a single headshot or a full team shoot.

  2. Discovery Call A quick chat to talk through what you're after and shape a plan that fits. Book Secure your date and sign off the details, so it's locked in on both sides.

  3. Consultation We meet to go through the specifics, your vision, the look you're after, and anything you want to make sure we capture.

  4. Planning I put together a shoot plan and mood board, and send over a short questionnaire to make sure nothing gets missed on the day.

  5. Shoot We capture the images, working efficiently and making sure you're comfortable throughout.

  6. Edit Every image is carefully edited to bring out the best version of the shot.

  7. Review We go through the edits together, by call, meeting or email, and refine anything you'd like changed.

  8. Delivery Final images are delivered through Pic-Time, ready to view and download whenever you need them.

While this is the typical workflow, I’m flexible and happy to adjust to your needs. If extra pre-shoot meetings or additional shooting sessions are required, I’ll work with you to make it happen seamlessly

Online Gallery

I use Pic-Time, an online gallery delivery service, to provide you with a personalised, private gallery for your photos. This gallery allows you to easily download your high-quality images. You can also share your gallery with others using a guest link, where they can download lower-resolution photos for free or choose to purchase high-resolution versions. Additionally, Pic-Time offers the option to order professional-quality prints directly from a top-tier photo lab.

As your photographer, I have full control over your gallery. I can add or remove images and adjust guest access as needed, allowing flexibility to remove download restrictions if desired. We’ll discuss your preferences during our initial meeting, including the type of gallery experience you’d like, which can influence the overall cost.
